Contest Rules and Regulations

• Entrants must be residents of Canada or the United States (except where prohibited by law) and must be 18 years of age or older.
• Employees of GolfBC Holdings Inc., its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families of each and those living in the same household of each are ineligible.

• No purchase necessary to enter.
• Book a regular tee time on our website at www.golfbc.com or a last minute booking at www.golfbc.com/primetime to be automatically entered in the Green Fee Shopping Spree contest.
• Reservations made for dates played in the month of April 2010 are eligible to win.
• One contest entry per tee time booking, or per person/household (if a tee time is not being purchased).
• Those who book a tee time online will be automatically entered into the contest. To enter without purchase:
  Email - Send us your name, address, telephone number, birthdate, and email address (if different than the one being used to transmit the entry) to: contest@golfbc.com (subject line: Green Fee Shopping Spree).
• The contest ends on Friday, April 30, 2010. All tee times must be played, or entries be received by, 11:59 pm on April 30, 2010.
• GolfBC Holdings Inc. is not responsible for computer malfunctions, electronic errors, or lost, late or misdirected mail or for printing errors or other technical errors. All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void.

• One winning group (2 to 4 golfers) at either Mayfair Lakes, Furry Creek, Arbutus Ridge, Olympic View, Okanagan Golf Club or Galagher's Canyon will be selected by random draw from the valid entries on each day of the month of April 2010.
• Winning groups will be notified at the golf course at the time of check-in. The original number of golfers reserved (2 to 4 golfers) are eligible to win.
• Winning groups will receive a Golf Shop Merchandise Gift Certificate equal to the value of the green fees originally reserved. There are no substitutions, changes to date or cash alternatives to the prize permitted. Gift Certificate is valid on the day of play (no extensions will be granted).
• Winning groups will be announced on the GolfBC.com website upon successful notification and acceptance of the prize. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that GolfBC Holdings Inc. has the right to publicize your first name and city and the fact that you are the winner of the prize for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
• Cancelled tee times or tee times moved after April 30, 2010 are not eligible to win.

• Odds of winning depend on the number of tee times booked online for the month of April.
• GolfBC Holdings Inc. cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information, and reserve the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.
• This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. GolfBC Holdings accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded. All taxes, including income taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
