Conner Kozak, PGA of Canada

Lead Coach
PGA of BC Junior Leader of the Year, 2019
[email protected]

At an early age of about 8 or 9 years old, Conner began to develop a strong passion for the sport of golf. This passion only grew stronger into his teens as he began to notice continual improvement in his game and in competition. Following a junior golf career highlighted by several championships and top finishes in high level competition, Conner had the privilege of being recruited to play varsity golf at the University of British Columbia. While pursuing a degree in Kinesiology, he was named team captain for three out of his four years on the team. During his time on the team, Conner was able to help lead the T-Birds to numerous tournament wins and national championships.

Now as a professional, he believes in growing the game at all levels of play and is driven by providing the opportunity for others to love the game, just as it was once given to him.

Sam De Sira, PGA of Canada

Academy Instructor
[email protected]

Sam has been playing golf since the age of 12 where he soon found a life-long passion for the sport. He graduated University with a degree in Media & Journalism before setting his sights back on golf and ultimately turning professional. After competing in Australia and teaching students at The Grange Golf Club (home to LIV Golf Australia), he ventured to British Columbia where he joined the Okanagan Golf Club team in 2019, in an effort to hone his skills and seek new opportunity in the industry.

Sam has a strong belief that there is no single way to swing the club, instead focusing on the importance of a player’s own anatomy and fundamentals to ensure consistency and personal success. He works with players of all age and skill, running the OKGC Golf Schools, aiding in the development of the junior academy, as well as hosting ladies-only events, with an emphasis on boosting female participation in the sport.
