Mayfair Lakes Golf & Country Club Celebrates 20 Year Anniversary

Mayfair Lakes Golf &
Country Club will be celebrating its 20 Year Anniversary on
Thursday, September 10th with green fee specials and prizes. As
part of the celebration, Mayfair Lakes will be offering a $79 green
fee on September 10th which also includes a $50 golf shop
merchandise credit, a sleeve of golf balls, BBQ burger and practice
balls. Bookings can be made 5 days in advance by calling
604-276-0585 or online at www.golfbc.com. In addition to
the green fee special, Mayfair Lakes will reward every 20th golfer
to check in with a free round of golf, to be used anytime between
October 1, 2009 to March 31, 2010.
Mayfair Lakes opened
its doors to the public in 1989. Originally built by the May
family, it later became a partner of the GolfBC Group in 1992. This
semi-private golf course has played host to many member and
corporate events, including the BC Tel Open and the Canadian Tour.
Recently, Mayfair Lakes was voted #7 on BC Business
Magazine’s “Vancouver’s Top 10
Golf Courses” list, and has received numerous accolades
in the past on their golf academy – the GBC Golf
