Table Nineteen Lakeside Eatery, at Nicklaus North Golf Course in Whistler, is opening on Saturday May 24, 2014. Nicklaus North Golf Course is pleased to announce that its restaurant, lounge and patio is opening after renovations, under its new name: Table Nineteen Lakeside Eatery. Situated four minutes north of Whistler Village, this stunning location along glacier-fed Green Lake and overlooking the award-winning 18 hole golf course is home to a newly renovated and invigorated "Nineteenth Hole".

The menu at Table Nineteen is designed by Executive Chef Eric Gilchrist, who joined Nicklaus North four years ago after moving back home following a successful 10 years with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company throughout North America. Gilchrist leads Table Nineteen's talented culinary team, to create a menu which features exciting new dishes as well as classic offerings.
The breakfast, lunch and dinner menus at Table Nineteen are globally inspired featuring fresh, sustainable and, when available, local ingredients. New menu items include such dishes as: the West Coast Albacore Tuna Tartare with mint, cucumber, avocado, honey wasabi dressing and curry popcorn; an Organic Quinoa Spinach Salad with a poached Fraser Valley free run chicken or grilled lemon eggplant; a handmade natural Pemberton grass fed beef burger with beer braised onions, Paradise Valley Pork Belly, smoked Canadian cheddar and homemade burger sauce; a Maple Sake glazed Ocean Wise™ Black Cod with coconut sushi rice and sesame spinach; and a Charcuterie plate composed of housemade country pâté, cured meats, prosciutto, local bread and butter pickles.
Knowledgeable and friendly are the key ingredients to the service philosophy at Table Nineteen. The dedicated service team, lead by Food and Beverage Services Manager Kirsten Reddaway, place an emphasis on attentive yet unobtrusive service. "We work diligently to deliver an experience to feed all your senses and we pride ourselves on offerings that cater to everyone. Our popular weekly features will continue, like $4.95 pints of beer and $5 wines plus other favourites such as Martini Mondays, Pasta Bar Thursdays and Prime Rib Dinners for $19.95 on Fridays. With the launch of our newly updated dining room we are most excited to be introducing a 3-Course Tasting Dinner from $36 to our summer line up," says Reddaway.
