Table Nineteen at Nicklaus North Golf Course in Whistler is opening on Saturday May 24, 2014. Nicklaus North Golf Course is pleased to announce that its restaurant, lounge and patio is opening after renovations, under its new name: Table Nineteen. Situated four minutes north of Whistler Village, this stunning location along glacier-fed Green Lake and overlooking the award-winning 18 hole golf course is home to a newly renovated and invigorated "Nineteenth Hole".

Nicklaus North is excited that with the upcoming opening of Table Nineteen they can continue to provide both locals and visitors great food, warm hospitality and exceptional value all while enjoying some of the best views in town. Whether in the club-style lounge, newly modernized dining room or on Whistler's most spectacular patio, Guests can trust that a meal at Table Nineteen will be prepared using the freshest locally sourced ingredients through innovative recipes created by the Nicklaus North culinary team.

The menu at Table Nineteen is designed by GolfBC Corporate Chef Eric Gilchrist, who joined Nicklaus North in 2010 after moving back home following a successful 10 years with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company throughout North America. Gilchrist leads Table Nineteen's talented culinary team, to create a menu which features exciting new dishes as well as classic offerings.

The breakfast, lunch and dinner menus at Table Nineteen are globally inspired featuring fresh, sustainable and, when available, local ingredients. Knowledgeable and friendly are the key ingredients to the service philosophy at Table Nineteen. The dedicated service team places an emphasis on attentive yet unobtrusive service.

With over 140 seats indoors, as well as 100 seats on the 4000 sq. ft. lakefront patio (complete with a retractable awning), Table Nineteen not only offers an inviting setting to enjoy the a la carte menu, but is also an exceptional venue for hosting events - from intimate group dinners, to weddings and large corporate gatherings.
