(garlic white wine mussels served with garlic bread)

FRENCH ONION SOUP
(classic french onion soup topped with bread and cheese)

BEETROOT CITRUS SALAD
(roasted heirloom beetroot with ruby grapefruit and sweet orange segments, served over arugula and finished with toasted hazelnuts, crumbled goat cheese, and a citrus-honey vinaigrette)

TUNA CARPACCIO
(seared ahi tuna carpaccio served with mango, avocado and microgreens)

RICOTTA SPINACH RAVIOLI
(house-made fresh spinach stuffed ravioli served with sundried tomato garlic cream sauce)

SURF + TURF
(striploin steak, shrimp, garlic mashed potato, farm-gate vegetables, wild mushrooms, peppercorn demi glace)

KOREAN BRAISED SHORT RIB
(dorean marinated beef short rib served with kimchi mashed potato, vegetables, and pickled radish)

PROSCIUTTO-WRAPPED CHICKEN
(mushroom and thyme stuffed chicken wrapped in prosciutto and served with creamy risotto)

MOLTEN LAVA CAKE
(lava cake served with french vanilla ice cream)

(baked custard topped with a layer of soft, glossy caramel)
