2021 Updates: Questions & Answers

Changes are coming...
This past year, while we at GolfBC were adjusting our entire operations to deal with the pandemic, we were also busy working on a major infrastructure project at all our properties. Late February we will be implementing a new Point of Sale system, including tee sheet, retail, membership and food & beverage modules, as well as corresponding online booking portals for all our facilities. A lot of changes are coming - not only to our internal systems and processes, but also to how you - our Members and Guests - will be booking and managing your tee times, and a lot more.

Our team has been working incredibly hard to make this transition as positive and smooth as possible. We will be introducing features with this new system that will improve the golfers' experience. But, we also know that as with any change, there will be some growing pains and frustrations. We ask that you please bear with us as we work through this transition. We will welcome your feedback, but please be understanding that some things might take a bit of time.
