Kyla Inaba, team member with the Gallagher’s Canyon Golf & Country Club, facilitated a golf clinic for twelve girls, aged 8 to 14, where she taught them how to swing and putt among other best practices, through a program called “Girls With Clubs”. In the first round of the BC Women’s Amateur Championship at Arbutus Ridge Golf Club, Christine Wong from the Quilchena Golf & Country Club shot an incredible round of 68, resulting in a new ladies course record.
